Legal Issues
- All orders remain the property of Dilithium Computing Pty Ltd until full payment is received.
- Dilithium Computing Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for the
damage of a product by the customer due to the customer's
lack of experience in installation of components (e.g.
static electricity damage, breakage).
- Once dispatched, Dilithium Computing Pty Ltd maintains no
responsibility for the security of any goods. Loss of goods within
the freight system you elect are your responsibility.
- Any Australia Post insurance covers loss/theft only, not damage.
- No orders will be processed without a phone contact
number.
- Dilithium Computing Pty Ltd is not responsible for costs
associated with returning goods to us under warranty.
- Goods returned and found to be faulty will be returned at
our expense.
- Goods returned under warranty and found to be in working
order will be returned to the customer at your expense
and may incur a service fee of up to $15.
- Refunds will only be given on faulty goods up to seven
days after purchase. After this period the goods will
only be repaired or replaced under warranty.
- Any goods returned within seven days may incur a
restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price (excludes
warranty returns). Refunds will not be given on goods in
working order after seven days. No returns will be
accepted without all original packaging in original
condition. Damaged packaging will either incur an
additional fee or exclude the product from refund
(remember the packaging is also a part of the product).
- Product Images on this site are provided as a guide only
and should not be used to determine what the
actual product looks like (or is packaged like). In most cases the
images are very accurate, however in some places generic images are used
or similar products share the same image. OEM products may use a
retail package image.
Placing any order with us indicates an acceptance of all of these
issues.
