1. Is their an express delivery service?

Ans: Yes. Currently all items are sent by courier which is next day to most areas.  Country and regional areas may be 2 to 3 days.

2. Is their an express delivery service with COD?

Ans: No. Australia Post offer no such service. COD is only available on standard Parcel Post deliveries.

3. I have an urgent requirement, how should I order?

Ans: If your order is urgent do not use e-mail. Although e-mail is usually very quick, it can easily be delayed even a few days. Please phone your order through to 03 97495366.

4. Can I fax an order through?

Ans: Yes, fax your order to 03 9749-5066

5. Can I pay with Credit Card?
