Is the AL3 effected by CD-ROM overhang.  Is the review in Atomic Maximum Computing accurate???  Absolutely not.  Kind of makes you re-think about the quality of the reviews making such a blatant misjudgement.

Above you can see a standard Sony 52x CD-ROM drive mounted in the top CD-ROM 5.25" bay.

Here is a close up, clearly showing the motherboard will have a minimum of 25cm clear space from any interference from any 5.25" device mounted in a bay.

So is 25cm depth for a motherboard??  The maximum size for the Full Size ATX form factor motherboard is 12inches wide and 9.6inches or 243.84mm (24.384cm) deep.  Therefore there are no overhang issues for the AL3.
