Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are additional to the purchase price of the goods. This charge must be included with payment to prevent any delays in dispatching of goods (except COD). The charges depend on the weight/size and location of the order and the method used to deliver.  Delivery/Freight charges quoted do NOT include insurance on your goods (unless otherwise specified.

Weights are calculated from the greater of either physical weight or volume where a factor of 250kg per cubic meter applies.

When you order your products using our online ordering system, you will be presented with a range of different delivery quotes to select from dependant on the payment method you have chosen.  You can select any of those options you are presented with.  The quote is totally dependant on the post code you enter.  If you enter an invalid post code the system will not provide you with any quote at all. 

You can process your order to the point of receiving postage quotes an then elect not to proceed with your order.  Simply use your back button to go back to the previous page and select an alternative payment method to provide you with a different selection of freight charges, or select "Empty Basket" from the menu and start shopping again.

Dilithium Computing Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an order at our discretion.  This may occur where the product ordered exceeds your permissible limit for a payment method, or where the freight selected provides too much risk for the value of goods ordered.  Either way, if there is such an issue, we will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided.
